Silent generator set

FDK Soundproof diesel gensets is a result of with long term-exploration and research by our professional engineers. We use soundproof canopy to reduce the noise which makes generator match the EU standard of 2000/14/EC.

FDK soundproof canopy use the latest developed sound-absorbing material , the ventilation system for genset adopts circulating-wind type which could effectively reduces the noise. Louvers are mounted on the canopy intake to resist rain water and foreign materials. A particular high performace muffler is also adopted between the gensets and base frame. genset installed several absorbers which can further reduct distribution of noise. FDK soundproof canopy has a combination structure equiped with maintenace door and instrumentation door which allows easy installation, observation and maintenance. The noise can be reduced to 68 to 70 dba(at LP 7M).

FDK soundproof canopy muffler is in side of the canopy and got very solid construction  which make it difficult to cause damage in a hostile environment. Each part of the canopy equipped with exchangeable parts which can be changed in the work site easily.

High-prevent-corrosion materials:

Stainless steel lock and hinge;

Zinc-planting/stainless steel button;

Steel fabric,the surface was treated with phosphorus, and then sprayed with polyester powder;

Easy to maintain;

The door was installed on both sides of the soundproof;

The door was supported by pneumatic spring-loaded doors;

Outlet of lube and cooling water drain-pipe was installed outside the canopy;

Security protective measures;

The observation window of control screen can be installed on the door of control panel box;

Movable easily ;identifiable hoisting aperture;

Protection devices for cooling fans and batteries;

Open the side-door then add fuel and replace batteries;

Silencer system is completely inside the soundproof;
